Product Handling
  • Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.

Preparation & Cooking
Thawing: Thaw in sealed packaged under cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed. Skillet (From Thawed): Heat a lightly oiled skillet to medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and cover for 6 minutes, flip breasts and cook covered for an additional 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170°F. Oven (From Thawed): Preheat oven to 350°F, place chicken breasts on a lightly oiled foil lined pan. Bake for 18 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170°F. Oven (From Frozen): Preheat oven to 350°F, place chicken breasts on a lightly oiled foil lined pan. Bake for 35 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170°F. Grill (From Frozen): Spray grill with cooking spray. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot*. Grill frozen breasts, until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F. *If using charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can comfortably hold you hand for 4 to 6 seconds.
Serving Suggestions
  • Serve grilled chicken breasts with wild rice pilaf and steamed asparagus.
  • Pan saute sliced chicken breasts in a little olive oil with chopped garden vegetables and your favorite seasoning.
  • Oven roast chicken breasts with sliced carrots, potatoes and onions, seasoned with sea salt, pepper and olive oil.
